The Business Value Score is computed by a deterministic algorithm from the data you provide, and the text explanation and growth plan are generated automatically. This is not a formal independent business valuation and does not replace advice from a licensed appraiser, lawyer, or auditor.
Value Up currently provides one free calculation per account. Paid tiers are temporarily unavailable; when they launch, pricing and terms will be shown on the checkout page in advance. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Since the report is a digital product generated immediately after payment, refunds are not issued once a report has been successfully delivered. If payment succeeded but no report was generated due to a technical error on our side, contact us and we will either re-run it for free or refund you.
We aim for an objective calculation, but the result depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of a Value Up report without further verification.
