Business Valuation Pricing
Value Up costs $29 one-time — the full report on your business: a valuation range by three methods, a Value Score across 20 factors, a 12-month value-growth plan and the PDF. No subscription.
Understand: where the business loses value and what to do about it
In 5 minutes find out what the business is worth and what drags the price down. The calculation is automatic, with no expert involved.
- a Value Score across 20 factors and a value range by three methods
- what lowers the value and the risks a buyer would notice
- priorities and a 12-month action plan

Decide: check the diagnostic with an expert and see what to do
The diagnostic plus a personal review: I check your data and assumptions, and on the call we go through where value is lost and what to do first.
- includes the ValueUp Diagnostic in full
- a check of your data and assumptions: what the result rests on
- the Value Gap: what the business is worth now, what it could be worth and what is in the way
- a call with me of up to 60 minutes: we go through the result and I answer your questions
- after the call, in writing: priorities for the next 30–90 days
- a single payment, no subscription
Change: find where value is lost and close the gap
A month of working with me: we find where value is lost, size the gap in money and choose what to change. 4 weekly meetings: every week we check the result and move on.
- everything in ValueUp Review
- a diagnosis from your documents: P&L, revenue, EBITDA, cost structure
- customers, sales, repeat purchases and revenue concentration
- the team, processes, owner dependency and key contracts
- 3 priorities: what to do, by when and which metric it moves
- 4 weekly meetings with me during the month
- a recalculation of the value at the end of the month, compared with the start
- a final "before → after" report
A one-time payment with no subscription or auto-renewal. Your Value Score is free to see; the full version with a currency valuation and growth plan unlocks after payment.
Value Up does not replace an independent valuation or due diligence. You get an indicative valuation range, a Value Score and a practical plan that can make your business more attractive to a buyer.
What's included in $29
A 0–100 score computed by a fixed 20-factor algorithm — not an AI opinion, the same formula and weight table for every business.
Financials, customers, sales, owner dependency — each factor shows exactly what is pulling the score down.
Computed with the income, market and asset approaches — which of the three actually run depends on how much financial detail you provide.
The full report, saved to your account and available to download anytime.
Concrete steps for 30, 90, 180 days and a year out — saved as a checklist you can tick off as you go.
Every report shows a Data Confidence figure — how much of it is verified versus estimated — so you know how much weight the number can carry.

How this differs from an M&A advisor or a formal valuation
It runs the same three approaches — income, market and asset — plus a structured review of the 20 factors a buyer actually checks. An advisor typically charges $3,000+ and takes 1–2 weeks; this takes minutes for $29. It doesn't replace legal and financial due diligence before a real deal, but it shows you what to prepare for.
| Value Up | M&A advisor | Formal valuation | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $29 | from $3,000 | agreed with the valuer |
| Time | minutes | 1–2 weeks | depends on the valuer |
| Methods | income, market, asset + 20 factors | same approaches | same approaches |
| For court, bank, regulator | no | depends on the engagement | yes |

Questions about payment
Is this a subscription with auto-renewal?
No. $29 is a one-time payment: it is charged once, with no subscription or auto-renewal.
Can I see my score before paying?
Yes. The Value Score and a short verdict from your first assessment are free. The money valuation range, factor breakdown and PDF unlock after payment.
Do I need financial documents for an accurate price?
No, approximate manual figures work. Uploading documents (P&L, balance sheet, CRM exports) is optional, but it raises the report's Data Confidence.
I run more than one business — is it one report for all of them?
No — each business gets its own report and its own valuation history in your account, and you can switch between them from the dashboard.
What currency is the report in?
Whichever currency you set for that business in the questionnaire.
