Your email and password (encrypted) for the account, plus the business data you enter in the questionnaire: financial metrics, customer, team, and operations information — only what you voluntarily provide.
The data you enter is used only to calculate your Business Value Score and generate your report and growth plan. It is never used to train third-party models and is never sold to anyone.
To generate the text of your report, your business data is sent to Anthropic's API (Claude), which processes the request and returns the text. The service does not currently process any payments — the first calculation is free; if a paid tier is introduced later, payment will be handled by a dedicated payment provider that never shares your card details with us.
Data is stored in the service database (Render.com) and is only accessible to you after logging in with your email and password.
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will remove it within a few business days.
